Order Preparation by the ESAT

At Naturoleum, we are proud to collaborate with an ESAT (Establishment and Service for Work Assistance), where workers with disabilities carefully and committedly prepare each order. This solidarity partnership guarantees quality work and promotes social inclusion. Due to this human and responsible process, the preparation of your order may take 1 to 3 business days.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the chosen delivery method:

  • Mainland France: 2 to 5 business days

  • Europe: 5 to 10 business days

  • Other destinations: please contact us for more information

Delivery Methods

We offer two delivery options:

  • Delivery to a relay point via Chronopost, practical and secure

  • Home delivery with Colissimo, reliable and fast

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated during your order based on weight, volume, and destination.
Occasional promotions may allow you to benefit from free shipping under certain conditions.

Order Tracking

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number allowing you to follow your order in real time.

Delivery Address

Please verify the accuracy of the delivery address before confirming your order. Naturoleum cannot be held responsible for errors or omissions in the address provided.

Return Conditions

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision or pay penalties.

How to exercise this right?

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to return one or more products using one of the following methods:

Please specify your order number and the items concerned.

Return Conditions

Products must be returned in their original and complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing them to be resold as new.

Opened, used, damaged, or soiled products will not be accepted unless there is a proven defect.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of our error or defective product.

Refund

Once the product is returned and inspected, we will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days of receipt of the product.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are:

  • Personalized or made according to your specifications

  • With a limited shelf life

  • Unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection
