Withdrawal and returns
In short: you have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind and return a product that is unopened, in its complete original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense (including if you ordered the wrong product or size), unless the product is defective or the mistake is ours (wrong product sent): in that case, they are on us.

Return cases

| Unopened product, complete original packaging, request made within 14 days of receipt | Return accepted. We send you the return address (return postage is at your expense), then we refund the product and the initial delivery costs (standard rate) within 14 days of your request. We may wait until we receive the parcel or proof of shipment. |
| Product opened or unsealed after delivery (cap, dropper or seal opened) | No withdrawal: for hygiene and health protection reasons, a cosmetic unsealed after delivery cannot be taken back (article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). |
| Product defective on receipt: broken or leaking bottle, product spoiled on arrival or different from your order | Legal guarantee of conformity: contact us with a photo and we will replace or refund the product, return costs on us, even if you opened the bottle to notice the defect. |
| Change of mind after 14 days | The withdrawal period has expired: the product is no longer taken back, unless it was defective on receipt. |
| Product used, badly stored or expired: exposed to heat or light, past its best-before date or more than 12 months after opening | Not covered: this is neither a withdrawal nor a product defect. |
