Article 1 – Organiser
Opaline Ventures, a French SASU with a share capital of €1,000, registered with the Melun Trade and Companies Register under number 953 631 264, owner of the Naturoleum brand (the "Organiser"), runs a free prize draw called "Naturoleum giveaway" (the "Giveaway").
Article 2 – Duration
The Giveaway starts on 13 October 2026 and runs for an indefinite period. The Organiser may change or end the Giveaway at any time; any change will be published on this page.
Article 3 – Who can enter
The Giveaway is open to any individual aged 18 or over living in mainland France or in a European Union country, except people involved in organising it. Entries are made only through the form on the Giveaway page on naturoleum.com, which can be reached from the QR code on Naturoleum boxes. Entry is free.
Only one entry per person (same name, same e-mail address) is allowed for the whole duration of the Giveaway. Incomplete, multiple or fraudulent entries (including technical manipulation of the page), or entries that do not follow these rules, will be cancelled together with the corresponding prize.
Article 4 – Prizes
The Giveaway is an "instant win" game: every valid entry wins one of the following prizes, drawn at random when entering:
- a year of skincare: a €200 gift card (VAT included), usable on one or several orders on naturoleum.com for 12 months (no more than 1 per month);
- a complete routine: a Naturoleum pack chosen from the packs available on naturoleum.com (worth up to €61.53 VAT included on 13 October 2026; no more than 2 per month);
- a 50 ml Naturoleum organic vegetable oil of the winner's choice (worth €9.90 to €69.90 VAT included depending on the oil, on 13 October 2026; no more than 5 per month);
- a jade gua sha (natural stone), added free of charge to an order of at least €15 VAT included on naturoleum.com with the code provided (one per customer);
- a 20% discount code;
- a 10% discount code.
Prizes are valid on the winner's next order on naturoleum.com: the pack and the oil are added free of charge to that order. Discount codes are valid once per customer, under the conditions shown when they are used. When the monthly limit of a prize is reached, it is replaced by a 20% discount code. Prizes cannot be exchanged, refunded or converted into cash. If a prize is unavailable, the Organiser may replace it with a prize of equivalent value.
Article 5 – Awarding of prizes
The prize won is shown on screen immediately after entering. Discount codes can be used straight away. For the gift card, the pack and the oil, the Organiser checks that the entry is valid and then contacts the winner by e-mail within 48 working hours at the address given when entering. The winner has 30 days from that e-mail to claim the prize; after that, the prize is forfeited.
Article 6 – Personal data
The data collected (first name, last name, e-mail address, oil owned, place of purchase) is processed by the Organiser to run the Giveaway, select and contact winners and better understand its customers. It is hosted by its e-mail provider Klaviyo and kept for up to 3 years after the last entry. Participants only receive the Naturoleum newsletter if they ticked the box provided for this; they can unsubscribe at any time. Under the GDPR, each participant has the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of their data, by e-mail to info@naturoleum.com.
Article 7 – Liability
The Organiser cannot be held liable for Internet failures, for e-mails or parcels lost or delayed for reasons beyond its control, or if the Giveaway has to be changed, postponed or cancelled for reasons beyond its control.
Article 8 – Rules and disputes
Entering the Giveaway means fully accepting these rules, which can be read free of charge at any time on this page. These rules are governed by French law. Any question: info@naturoleum.com.
