Why combination skin loves hemp oil
Many people with combination or sensitive skin avoid oils for fear of looking shiny. Yet hemp is one of the lightest oils there is: its richness in polyunsaturated fatty acids (omega 6 and omega 3) gives it a fluid texture that leaves no greasy film and respects the skin's balance.
Its beautiful green colour comes from the chlorophyll naturally present in the seed: the sign of a virgin, cold-pressed, unrefined oil. Its plant-like, slightly nutty scent fades a few minutes after application.
Delicate like all oils rich in omega 3, it should be kept away from light and heat, ideally somewhere cool once opened: our amber glass bottle protects it down to the last drop.

Does it contain CBD or THC?
No. Hemp oil is pressed from the seeds, which contain neither CBD nor THC. It is a cosmetic plant oil.
Is it suitable for oily skin?
Yes, it is light and absorbs quickly. 2 drops in the evening are enough.
Why is it green?
Its deep green colour comes from its natural chlorophyll content: it is the sign of a virgin, unrefined oil.
Can it be used for massage?
Yes, on its own or with a few drops of essential oil, for a light, relaxing massage.
Can I use it during pregnancy?
It is a pure plant oil with no essential oil. If in doubt, ask your doctor or midwife.

Rich in omega 3, it is sensitive to heat and light: keep it tightly closed, in a cool place away from light, and use it within 12 months of opening.

Yes: 1 to 2 drops are enough. Let it absorb for a minute before your foundation; it leaves a satin, non-greasy finish.
Hemp or jojoba: which one for combination skin?
Jojoba suits skin that shines on the T-zone, hemp suits combination skin that easily reddens or feels tight. Both work very well together.
Is its scent strong?
It has a plant-like, slightly nutty scent, typical of an unrefined virgin oil. It fades a few minutes after application.
